Information collected
Project forms collect identity and contact details plus company, project, platform, schedule and service requirements. Talent forms collect identity and contact details plus location, languages, discipline, availability, experience and portfolio links. A non-reversible summary of the IP address and limited technical records may be retained for security.
Purposes of processing
Information is used to review your request, contact you, assess suitable project or talent matches, manage submissions and prevent abuse. Your details are not automatically added to advertising lists.
Analytics and cookie choice
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics measurement. If allowed, it may measure viewed pages, successful form submissions, device and browser information, and approximate location. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are not enabled. You can change your choice using the button below.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared in a limited manner with hosting, email and technical service providers only when necessary to operate the service. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to assess the request or project and may be deleted on request unless retention is legally required.
